Microfluidic chips

microLIQUID offers standard microfluidic devices for different applications. Single microfluidic channel or Capillary Electrophoresis chips (CE chips), with or without integrated electrodes, are some of our standard chips. The microfluidic chips and dimensions channel are available in different thickness and depths.

Single channel

Microfluidic chip with one inlet and one outlet. Indicated to measure small volumes of liquid or move the liquid.

Cross channel

Chip with two inlets and one outlet. The chip has a T-Junction in order to mix two different liquids.

Microfluidic mixer

Chip with two channels, one crossing each other.

CE chip

Capillary Electrophoresis chip (CE chip). Lab on chip product to separate biomolecules. Different CE chips are available with or without electrodes.

Substrates

microLIQUID fabricates all our microfluidic chips in SU-8 with standard bottom layer in PIREX. PMMA, silicon or processed wafers also available (for further information review the materials used for microfluidic structures).

The cover lid is standard 700 µm, but other wide available on request.
