In microLIQUID we mainly use polymer materials in our product development and also glass and metals. We use them to fabricate microfluidic structures, Integrate electrodes on microfludic structures and Connectors (Chip holders).

Microfluidic structures

  • SU-8:Very precise and a good solution for prototypes.
  • COC: Very good characteristics for health applications.
  • PMMA or Plexiglass clean room microfluidics.
  • PC: polycarbonate.
  • PDMS: Polydimethylsiloxane.
  • Substrates of Glass, silicon or your own processed wafers.

Integrate electrodes on microfludic structures

  • Gold.
  • Platinum.
  • Titanium.
  • Chromium.
  • Copper.
  • Aluminium.
  • Nickel.

microLIQUID integrates metallic structures on SU8, COC, PDMS, silicon and glass.

Connectors (Chip holders)

  • Plastic.
  • Metal.

The connectors have electrical connexion via Standard PCB(Printed circuit Boards).

In addition to the our wide range of products, we offers our services for prototyping microfluidic chips from one unit to mass production. The service include the fabrication of the connectors to the macrofluidics.

microLIQUID offers standard microfluidic devices for different applications. Single microfluidic channel or Capillary Electrophoresis chips (CE chips), with or without integrated electrodes, are some of our standard chips.

Chip holders

Microfluidic chip holders.

microLIQUID's standard chip holders (connectors) are a fluidic and electric interface for microfluidic chips. Holds different sizes of chip from 10mm to 45mm length and have a PCB integrated to connect chip electrodes directly.
